The 2008 Presentation medallion

The main prizes will be awarded on the basis of points earned through the series within one of three categories: Juniors; Average times less than 34min; times more than 34min. Riders need to have participated in 5 events of the series.
Other prizes will be awarded for especially meritorious performances through the series
The Prize presentations will be held on at the Zamia Café in Kings Park (Synergy Parkland area, May Dve) at 07:00 Saturday February 2.

Where do the points come from?

The points are based on standard scores for the distribution of the women's times.
Values are adjusted to give positive values on a scale which avoids extreme differences.
The calculation is done for each lap in each event and the points allocated for each event are the average of those for each lap.
