the ATTA mail-list Hamish Johnston made a detailed contribution on heart rate
training - we thought it was good enough to immortalize on our training
page so here it
is.
- August 28, 2005 The discussion of training moved to the Forum pages where you could read contributions or subscribe and contribute yourself.
- A decade later: 2015 The forum, that had been in decline for a long time, was finally put down. Many more coaches are available than when this page was originally posted and a vast amount of information is readily available all over the 'net. Performance feedback is available in all sorts of places: your smartphone; watch or other wearable devices; turbo trainer software…
It's highly likely this page itself has not been viewed for many years either but it's retained for sentimental reasons.
