How do I enter the transponder code?

When entering your transponder code for events, it is essential to use the correct format of 2 CAPITAL letters followed by a minus sign and then 5 numbers
e.g. AB-12345

How should I mount the transponder on my bike?

The transponder chip should be mounted on the on the left fork leg.
(people often slip them inside a small section of latex inner tube pulled over the fork leg)

Where can buy a suitable transponder?

Transponders can be purchased directly from MyLaps or through Auscycling https://shop.auscycling.org.au/products/mylaps-prochip-flex-package

Is the batery rechargeable?

No the battery is not rechargeable and must not be left plugged into a computer, or this will drain the batery.
